We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee 100% of your scheduled appointment cost.

Our goal is for you to love your hair. If that is not the case, we ask that you communicate that to us within 48 hours of your appointment, so we can find time to schedule an adjustment.
