What is the cancellation / no-show fee?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled appointment cost.

What if I am not 100% happy with my hair?

Our goal is for you to love your hair. If that is not the case, we ask that you communicate that to us within 48 hours of your appointment, so we can find the time to schedule an adjustment.
